Save / Load Settings

You can save GUI application settings to files and load settings from saved files.

Procedure to Save Settings​

1. Open Save Config dialog
   Select File -> Save Configuration from menu, or click toolbar button.

2. Select items to save
   Choose settings to save via checkboxes in Save Config dialog.

3. Set file name and save
   Click File Name to open file save dialog, specify destination and name, then click Save.

Save Config Dialog Screen Description​

Save Config dialog can save settings of each window and Option dialog.

[1]	File Name	Shows destination path and file name. Click to choose save location and file name.
[2]	Setting Items	Selects setting information to save.
	Common Setting	Select save on/off for Option/Trigger/Label Filter/Capture/Analyze settings.

	Trigger Setting	Save on/off for Trigger Window settings.
	Label Filter Setting	Save on/off for Label Filter Window settings.
	Capture Setting (note1)	Save on/off for Capture Window settings.
	Analyze Setting	Save on/off for Analyze Window settings.
	Each Device Setting	Select save on/off for Device/Display Filter/Signal Monitor/Simulation settings.

	Display Filter Setting	Save on/off for Display Filter Window settings.
	Signal Monitor Setting (note2)	Save on/off for Signal Monitor Window settings.
	Simulation Setting	Save on/off for Simulation Window settings.
[3]	Save Option	Save option items.
	Only Connected Ch.	Save on/off for connected channel information only.
	All (Connected history is included).	Save on/off for all channel information including history.
-	Save button	Saves settings.
-	Cancel button	Closes dialog without saving.

Procedure to Load Settings​

1. Open Load Config dialog
   Select Load Configuration from menu, or click toolbar button.

2. Load setting file
   Click file selection button in Load Config dialog and open saved configuration file.

3. Select items to apply
   Choose setting items to apply via checkboxes.

4. Execute load
   Click Load to apply selected settings and close dialog.

Behavior when loading settings​

When device information exists in file​

Loads setting information matching serial number of connected MicroPeckerX.

Items unchecked in Load Config are not loaded; current GUI settings are retained.

When device information does not exist in file​

If connected serial number does not exist in file, confirmation is shown for opening Ch Config Import dialog.

If Yes is selected, Ch Config Import dialog opens and selected settings can be imported.

Loading image​

If file has no matching device info, settings selected in Ch Config Import are applied.

Note: In Ch Config Import dialog, settings are applied per channel.

Load Config Dialog Screen Description​

Load Config dialog can load settings for each window and Option dialog from a file.

note1: Items not saved in file cannot be selected.

Ch Config Import Dialog Screen Description​

Channel-specific settings can be applied to channels of connected MicroPeckerX.

Menu	Description
Internal Data	Gets currently connected MicroPeckerX information.
File Name	Gets setting information by referring to configuration file.
Device List	Shows currently connected MicroPeckerX units.
Setting Items	Selects setting items to load.
Data List	Selects source device information from setting file.
Selected Data Information	Shows selected settings in Data List.
Device Setting	Shows settings applied to Device Window.
Display Filter Setting	Shows settings applied to Display Filter Window.
Signal Monitor Setting (note)	Shows settings applied to Signal Monitor Window.
Simulation Setting	Shows settings applied to Simulation Window.
Import button	Applies settings to GUI application.
Cancel button	Closes dialog without applying settings.
