Each ID Window

Each ID Window displays the latest message for each received ID in list form. Even when a large amount of data flows, you can quickly understand the latest status.
Error frames are also grouped and displayed, enabling quick abnormality detection.

Per-channel tab displayYou can view data for up to 8 channels by switching tabs, enabling efficient multi-channel monitoring.
Timestamp display format switchingSelect from the following 3 formats.
- Absolute only (example: 000:00:02.500.476)
- Absolute + previous timestamp (example: 000:00:02.500.476 / 000:00:02.400.476)
- Absolute + delta from previous (example: 000:00:02.500.476 / +0.100.000)

This allows intuitive understanding of each ID's latest state and timing.

ItemDescription
Time Stamp Display TypeSelects timestamp display format. Pull-down options are:
Absolute Only: display only latest log data.
Absolute + Last: additionally display previous log timestamp.
Absolute + Relative: additionally display delta from previous log timestamp.

Selects target channel for log display by tab.
Log display area
(Area 2)
Displays latest LIN bus log data.

Log Display Area

Displays latest log data for each ID. However, the following exceptions apply.

  • If Header + Response is selected in LIN/CXPI Log Type of Option dialog, latest header and latest response are displayed separately.
  • Error logs are displayed separately per ID from normal logs. Logs without ID are grouped as no-ID logs.
  • Wakeup signal and bus-sleep logs are not displayed.

ItemDescription
TimeDisplays Tx/Rx timestamp.
Time(Last)Displays timestamp of previous Tx/Rx log with same ID and same type.
If Count is 1, - is displayed.
This field is shown only when Absolute + Last is selected in Time Stamp Form of Option dialog.
Time(Relative)Displays delta between Time and Time(Last).
If Count is 1, - is displayed.
This field is shown only when Absolute + Relative is selected in Time Stamp Form of Option dialog.
ChDisplays Tx/Rx channel.
ProtocolDisplays Tx/Rx protocol.
DirDisplays T for transmitted frames and R for received frames.
LabelDisplays label name if frame matches label filter condition set in Label Filter Window.

StateDisplays OK for normal frames and NG for error frames.
TypeDisplays frame type.
FormatDisplays break-field bit width. Applied only when Type is one of:
Header, LIN Frm., Sleep, SyncBrk. Short, Parity Err., SyncField Err.
For other Type values, - is displayed.
IDDisplays Tx/Rx ID in hexadecimal.
DLCDisplays Tx/Rx data length.
D1-D8Displays Tx/Rx data in hexadecimal.
If framing error occurs, - is displayed.
CSDisplays Tx/Rx checksum.
If framing error occurs, - is displayed.
CountDisplays detection count for each combination of log ID and type.

If Filter Enabled is active in Display Filter Window, filter icon is shown on channel selection tabs as below.
