Functional Overview
In MicroPeckerX LIN Analyzer Plus, transmission settings to LIN bus can be configured in Simulation Window.
| Function | Description |

| Simulation Mode | Select from: None (monitor only), Master Sim. (master simulation), Slave Sim. (slave simulation), Log Replay (log replay), Extended (plugin extension) |
| Master Simulation (Master Sim.) | Operates as master node and provides: - Schedule transmission (automatically transmits frames according to configured schedule) - Interrupt transmission (transmits arbitrary frames triggered by key input, etc.) |
| Slave Simulation (Slave Sim.) | Operates as slave node and can transmit per-ID responses to headers received from master node. |
| Log Replay | Operates as master node and transmits loaded log file as-is (up to 1.2 million records). Also supports: - Loop replay - Interval from monitoring start to first frame transmission - Transmission start triggered by log detection or key input |
| Pattern File | In master/slave simulation modes, you can load a pattern file to set response data and change data using triggers such as elapsed time. |
This makes it easy to run realistic frame transmission, bus-load tests, reproducibility tests, and manual debugging with various patterns.
Simulation Window Description
In Simulation Window, simulation settings can be configured.

| Channel selection tab (Area 1) | Select channel to use. |
| LIN Simulation Mode | Select Simulation Mode to use. Radio options are: None: monitor mode (no frame transmission) Master Sim.: master simulation mode (operates as master node) Slave Sim.: slave simulation mode (operates as slave node) Log Replay: log replay mode Extended: extended mode |
| Initial Status | Select status at monitoring start. Radio options are: Wakeup: wakeup mode Sleep: sleep mode |
| Setting window (Area 2) | Configuration area for transmission data, etc. Contents differ depending on selected Simulation Mode. |
Monitor Mode
When None is selected in Simulation Mode, monitor mode is active and no transmission is performed.
In this mode, configuration for selected channel can be cleared.
