Feature Overview

The monitoring function enables real-time acquisition and display of DIO and AD data.

Real-time simultaneous monitoringCan monitor data from up to 4 connected channels simultaneously.
Log file outputDIO/AD monitoring data is automatically saved in CSV text format to a specified folder on the PC.
Display mode switchingIn Monitor Window, you can switch between Single View (one channel) and Dual View (two channels side by side). In Dual View, display alongside LIN channels is also possible.
Latest data displayIn Each ID Window, only the latest DIO/AD data is displayed for quick status confirmation.
Filter displayNot available for DIO/AD.
Label displayData matching specified conditions in DIO monitoring can be highlighted with custom labels and text/background colors.
Trigger functionLogging to file can be automatically started/stopped based on configured trigger conditions.

This allows efficient monitoring of multiple points and quick capture of required data.

In this chapter, monitoring and logging are defined as follows:

Basic Operation

1. Start monitoring
Start monitoring by one of the following:

  • Select Command -> Start from menu bar.

  • Click GUI Start on toolbar.
  • Press F5.
tip

Depending on Option settings, layout may automatically switch to Monitor Layout when monitoring starts.

2. Display monitoring data
During monitoring, logs can be checked in Monitor Window and Each ID Window.

3. Stop monitoring
Stop monitoring by one of the following:

  • Select Command -> Stop from menu bar.
GUI Stop
  • Click GUI Stop on toolbar.
  • Press F6.
  • Press Esc.
tip

Depending on Option settings, layout may automatically switch to Analyze Layout when monitoring stops.

Save Logging Settings

From toolbar Log, you can configure logging of data during monitoring. For details, refer to Toolbar Log settings.
