Downloading the License File

This page explains how to issue and download a MicroPeckerX license file.

STEP 1: Open the License Issuance Page​

Click the Issue License File button below. A new tab opens the Sunny Giken website page titled "MicroPeckerX License File Issuance".

STEP 2: Enter Information on the License Issuance Page​

  1. In License information, enter the MicroPeckerX main unit serial number (8 digits) in the Serial No field. When a valid serial number is entered, the licenses that can be issued are listed under License names to issue.

The license cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • The serial number does not start with 0120 or 0130
  • The serial number is not registered in the Sunny Giken database
  1. To issue a license file for an optional product, check Optional license and enter the passcode (8 alphanumeric characters) in the Passcode box. When a valid passcode is entered, the licenses that can be issued with that passcode are listed under License names to issue.

The passcode is printed on the "MicroPeckerX License Passcode Notice" enclosed with the product. Each passcode can be used only once.

  1. If you need to issue multiple licenses, click Add license to add another license information block, then repeat steps 1 and 2.

You can register up to 10 license entries. To delete an entry, click the trash icon in the Operation column.

  1. Enter the start date for the license in the License activation date field (you can also select it from the calendar). If left blank, the activation date is set to the issuance date.

  1. Enter the applicant information in the Applicant information fields. Fields that are not marked as required can be left blank.

  1. Click Issue license.

  1. Confirm that License issued successfully appears as shown below.

Once the completion message appears, an email containing the license file is sent to the address you entered in step 5. See STEP 3: Download the License File for details.

STEP 3: Download the License File​

Click Download on the "License issued successfully" screen. This downloads the relevant license file.

You can also download the license file from the email sent to the address you entered in step 5 of STEP 2.
