Download Software

This section explains how to download software for MicroPeckerX products.

STEP 1: Open the Product Download Page​

Click the Product Download button below.
The Sunny Giken Product Download page opens in a new tab.

STEP 2: Enter Registration Information on the Product Download Page​

  1. In Product Selection, click the MicroPeckerX Products tab.
    A list of MicroPeckerX products is displayed.

  1. From the product list, select the product whose software you want to download.
    A checkmark appears inside the circle for the selected product.

You cannot select multiple products at the same time.

  1. In the Serial Number text box, enter the product serial number shown in the instruction/warranty booklet.

If you do not have the booklet, entering a serial number is optional.

  1. Enter applicant information in each field under Applicant Information.
    Fields not marked as required can be left blank.

  1. Review the Software/Document/Library License Agreement on the page, and click Confirm Input if you agree.

By downloading the software, you are deemed to have agreed to the Software/Document/Library License Agreement.

  1. In the Confirm Submission dialog, verify the information entered in steps 2 through 4, then click Submit if all information is correct.

If there is incorrect information, click Edit to return to the previous screen and redo the input.

  1. After the confirmation dialog closes, verify that Submission Complete is displayed as shown below.

When Submission Complete is displayed, an email with a download link is sent to the email address entered in step 4.

  1. Verify that the following email has been sent to the address entered in step 4 of STEP 2: Enter registration information on the product download page.
    • Subject: [Sunny Giken] Download Link Information
    • Sender: Sunny Giken
tip

If this email is not received, the entered email address may be incorrect. Repeat STEP 2.
If the email still does not arrive with the correct address, contact Sunny Giken.

  1. Open the email and click the download link in the message body.
    The software is downloaded.
tip

The download link becomes invalid in either of the following cases (also described in the email):

  • The download validity period has expired.
  • The access limit for the link has been reached.

If the link has expired, start again from STEP 1: Open the Product Download Page.
