Register License

This section explains how to register the downloaded license file.

STEP 1: Connect MicroPeckerX to the PC​

Use the included USB cable (or equivalent) to connect the MicroPeckerX device to a USB port on your PC.

Only the left USB port can be used. Do not remove the cap on the right side.

STEP 2: Start Sunny License Manager​

  1. Click the Start button on the Windows taskbar to open the Start menu, then launch Sunny License Manager by either method below.
  • Click All and select Sunny License Manager from the app list. SLM icon
  • Enter Sunny License Manager in the search box and click it from search results. Start menu search result
  1. On the Sunny License Manager screen, confirm that the serial number of the MicroPeckerX connected in STEP 1 appears in the License Holder pull-down menu.

STEP 3: Register License in Sunny License Manager​

  1. Open the Write License dialog by one of the following methods.
  • Click Write License. Write License
  • Drag and drop the license file (.snylic) to the window.
tip

If you drag and drop a .snylic file, the full path is set in Select License File and the dialog opens.
In this case, steps 2 and 3 can be skipped.

  1. Click the file selection button.
    A file dialog opens.

  1. Select the license file to register in the file dialog.
    The full path of the selected file is shown in Select License File.

  1. Click Write.
    The license contained in the selected file is registered to the MicroPeckerX device.

When registration completes, the Write License dialog closes.

  1. After registration, confirm that the registered license appears in the license list.

  1. If additional licenses are required, repeat steps 1 through 5.
