Download License File

This section explains how to issue and download a license file for MicroPeckerX products.

STEP 1: Open the License Issuance Page​

Click the Issue License File button below.

STEP 2: Enter Registration Information on the License Issuance Page​

  1. In License Information, enter the MicroPeckerX serial number (8 digits) in Serial No.
    If the serial number is valid, issuable licenses appear in License Name to Issue.

License files cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • The first four digits are neither 0120 nor 0130.
  • The serial number is outside Sunny Giken database management.
  1. To issue an optional product license, check Optional License in License Information, then enter the passcode (8 alphanumeric characters) in Passcode.
    If valid, licenses issuable with that passcode appear in License Name to Issue.

The passcode is listed in the MicroPeckerX License Passcode Notice included at purchase.
Each passcode can be used only once.

  1. If you need more licenses, click Add License to add input rows, then repeat steps 1 and 2.

You can register up to 10 license entries.
To remove an entry, click the trash icon in Operation.

  1. Enter the license start date in License Start Date (or select it from the calendar).
    If left blank, the issue date is used.

  1. Enter applicant information in each field under Applicant Information.
    Fields not marked as required can be left blank.

  1. Click Issue License.

  1. Confirm that License Issuance Complete is displayed as shown below.

When License Issuance Complete is displayed, an email containing the license file is sent to the address entered in step 5.

STEP 3: Download the License File​

Download the license file from the email sent to the address entered in step 5 of STEP 2: Enter registration information on the license issuance page.
